Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking hot air balloon flights, with the balance payable on the day of your flight. Your deposit is fully refundable if either you cancel your booking not less than 48 hours before your scheduled flight, or we cancel the flight for any reason. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours prior to your flight the deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours prior to your flight or fail to arrive on the day, you will be liable for the full fare.
